Therapeutic Indications Of Cialis 20 Mg Tablets

• Tadalafil is used to treat:

1. Erectile dysfunction in adult men: This is when a man cannot get, or keep a hard, erect penis suitable for sexual activity. It is important to note that Tadalafil does not work if there is no sexual stimulation.
2. Pulmonary arterial hypertension in adults: It works by helping the blood vessels around your lungs relax, improving the flow of blood into your lungs. The result of this is an improved ability to do physical activity.

Method Of Administration Of Cialis 20 Mg Tablets

• Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you.
• Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
• Swallow the tablet whole with some water. The tablets can be taken with or without food.
• It should not be given to individuals under the age of 18.
• To treat erectile dysfunction:

1. The recommended starting dose is one 10 mg tablet before sexual activity. However, you have been given the dose of one 20mg tablet as your doctor has decided that the recommended dose of 10mg is too weak
2. You may take a Tadalafil tablet at least 30 minutes before sexual activity.
3. Tadalafil may still be effective up to 36 hours after taking the tablet.
4. Do not take Tadalafil more than once a day. Tadalafil 10 mg and 20 mg is intended for use prior to anticipated sexual activity and is not recommended for continuous daily use.

• For pulmonary arterial hypertension: Tadalafil is supplied as a 20 mg tablet. The usual dose is two 20 mg tablets taken once a day. You should take both tablets at the same time, one after the other. If you have a mild or moderate liver or kidney problem, your doctor may advise you to take only one 20 mg tablet per day.
• Doses may be changed in special conditions so always follow your doctor\'s or pharmacist\'s instructions.
• If you take more than you should, talk to a doctor or go to the hospital straight away.
• If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember it unless it is nearly time for your next dose.
• Do not take a double dose (two doses at the same time) to make up for the forgotten dose.
