Global products

• Imported global products: No cancellation is available after the order is placed.
• Imported global products: cannot be returned on demand. If the received products are damaged or do not match the order, please contact our customer care email: support@avenzur.com for a refund.
• Our customer care team has the right to ask for more details to continue the refund process.
• If the customer does not receive the shipment from the shipping company, the shipment will be cancelled after ten days, and The customer is not entitled to claim a refund of the shipment value.
• To return any other Global product, please contact our Care Center support@anevzur.com for a refund.

Express Products

• To return express products, please contact our customer care support@avenzur.com with the purchase receipt within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• Used or damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• You can return what you have purchased under the following conditions: If the order is cancelled before delivery, the full amount charged, along with any delivery fees applied, will be refunded and will be automatically transferred to your card and will reflect within 7-14 business days. No refund for delivery fees will be made for returned items. Because the service has been used
• In case of returning bundle offers like 1+1 or 2+1 items, or a discount on the second piece returns, the whole set of products must be returned.
• In the case of returning offer items, the entire range of offers must be returned in its value at the time of the offer.

• Items must be in their original condition unchanged (such as color change or damages).

• Refunds for any items or orders may be less than expected due to discounts and promotions received when placing the order. The refunded amount reflects what was charged after all discounts were applied.
• Refund totals for returns may be also different from the original purchase total due to additional fees incurred to return the products to our fulfillment centers (including return postage, handling, storage, and quarantine fees). Depending on the situation, shipping and tax fees may or may not be included in the refund total and will be handled at Avenzurs discretion.

Refund Policy Exclusions:

• Items returned to Avenzur without an approved request cannot be processed and will be refused and returned to the sender.
• Please return the correct item, Avenzur is unable to keep items that were mistakenly sent to us.
• The Avenzur Brand Satisfaction Guarantee may only apply to the first purchase of that product and may not cover damaged or opened products.
• Engaging in abusive activity such as initiating chargebacks or refusing orders may result in warnings, forfeiture, or a permanent Avenzur account suspension.
• Avenzur reserves the right to limit or deny requests deemed to violate or abuse our policies or involve any fraudulent activity.
