Product Description:

• St. John\'s Wort is a gentle and effective herb that provides relief of nervousness, restlessness and insomnia to help treat mild depression.

How to use:

• Adults: Take 1 tablet 3 times daily.
• Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 18 weeks. Use for a minimum of 1 week to see beneficial effects.
• Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.

Caution & Warnings:

• Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV therapy.
• Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen
• or prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding,
• or if you are taking anti-anxiety medications or seizure medications, antihistamines, bronchodilators, muscle relaxants and/or opiates.
